What Is a Personal Care Alternative (PCA)?
A Personal Care Alternative is a small, licensed residential home—typically serving up to three individuals—where round-the-clock support is provided by trained caregivers. PCA homes offer a family-like atmosphere and a more personalized alternative to larger group living environments.
